I’m Tim, founder of Grit & Glory. Growing up in a family of veterans and tradespeople, I learned early that grit wasn’t just a word—it was a way of life. Watching my family tackle life’s toughest challenges taught me one thing: real strength is forged, not found. But when it came to gear, I saw the same story over and over—weak, overpriced, or trying too hard to look like something it wasn’t.

So, I made a promise to myself: If no one else was going to make the gear we needed, I would. And Grit & Glory was born.
