I’m Tim, founder of Grit & Glory. Growing up in a family of veterans and tradespeople, I learned early that grit wasn’t just a word it was a way of life. Watching my family tackle life’s toughest challenges taught me one thing: real strength is forged, not found. But when it came to gear, I saw the same story over and over weak, overpriced, or trying too hard to look like something it wasn’t.
So, I made a promise to myself: If no one else was going to make the gear we needed, I would. And Grit & Glory was born.

Why we Started Grit&Glory
It was another brutal day on the job site dust swirling, tools clanging, and sweat dripping down my back. My shirt had already split at the shoulder, my boots were wearing thin, and I still had hours to go. That’s when it hit me: if my gear couldn’t keep up with the grind, how could I?
That moment lit the spark for Grit & Glory. It wasn’t about just making workwear; it was about creating something that stood for resilience, toughness, and pride gear as strong as the people wearing it.
Built for the Hardworking Few
Getting it right wasn’t easy. I spent months testing materials and designs, pushing each piece to its limits on job sites and in the gym.
If it didn’t hold up, it was back to the drawing board. Every trial brought me closer to creating gear that could handle the grind and then some.
